Speaking to “Free Arena” program at “Sahar” Television of Islamic Republic of Iran, human rights defender Dr. Ahmad Shahidov spoke about the gross violation of the ceasefire by the Armenian armed forces on July 12 in the direction of the Tovuz region of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border and the firing on civilians.
