Chief of AIDHR Ahmad Shahidov met with Counsellor of political and economic section of Embassy Mrs. Beata Baranska
On 30 June, chief of Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights Ahmad Shahidov met with Counsellor of political and economic section of Polish Embassy in Azerbaijan Mrs. Beata Baranska. During the meeting Ahmad Shahidov gave more information about AIDHR and spoke about duties, key priorities and plans of this organization.
Talking about activity of AIDHR on democracy, human rights and fundamental freedoms, chief of AIDHR told about his visits to Poland and meetings in Warsaw to Mrs. Beata Baranska. Chief of AIDHR expressed his wish to cooperate closely with Polish Embassy and gave information to polish diplomat about situation on human rights and last events in Azerbaijan.
Counsellor Beata Baranska was greeted with satisfaction in establishment of Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights and told that democracy and human rights are priority issues for Poland. Mrs. Baranska also expressed her satisfaction with the cooperation with AIDHR in this field.
At the end, held mutual exchange of views about the future cooperation.
