The decision has been reached in the frame of Ahmad Shahidov’s official visit to Berlin
Ahmad Shahidov, Head of Azerbaijani Institute for Democracy and Human Rights held a meeting at the German Institute for Human Rights on September 16. Being received by Jan-Michael Arend, Personal Adviser to the Board of Directors of German Institute for Human Rights, Ahmad Shahidov talked about AIDHR and current situation observed in Azerbaijan.
Highly appreciating AIDHR activities, Jan-Michael Arend noted that they are interested in having AIDHR as their partner organization in Azerbaijan and finds it appropriate to conduct exchange of information and experiences between two organizations. The meeting also featured having exchange of thoughts over joint projects.
