President of Slovenian National Council has been presented a book on Azerbaijani hostages
Ahmad Shahidov, Head of the Azerbaijani Institute for Democracy and Human Rights (AIDHR) held a meeting with President of Slovenian National Council, Mitja Bervar in Ljubljana, Slovenia on April 20.
Talking about the organization headed by him, Ahmad Shahidov touched on Azerbaijani-Slovenian relations and legislative system of Slovenia. Head of AIDHR also voiced his proud with the fact that a great son of the Azerbaijani people, National Hero Mehdi Huseynzadeh was buried in Slovenian lands.
For his part, Mitja Bervar extended a warm welcome to the delegation of AIDHR and talked about the feasibility of mutual cooperation between the two organizations. He also went on to express readiness on exchange of experiences.
