Originally from the town of Gakh, well-known human rights defender, won the sympathy of the people of Gakh during the elections to the Milli Majlis (Parliament) Ahmad Shahidov got acquainted with the efficient use of land and inclusion of new areas of nuts in the region. On March 5, Ahmad Shahidov visited the cultivated lands in the villages of Zarna and Lakit of Gakh region and met with the local farmers, got acquainted with their problems. He particular stressed the importance of active participation of the youth in the cultivation of the land.
Human rights defender reminded the amendments and additions to the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, made in September of last year and said that the effective use of arable lands is an integral part of these reforms. Ahmad Shahidov stressed the importance of efficient use of arable lands by the villagers.
