Today, at about 10:40, a military helicopter of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan crashed during training flights at the Garaheybat Training Centre in the Khizi district.
As a result of the crash of the military helicopter, 14 people were killed, 2 more were injured.
Investigative measures are underway in connection with the incident.
In his interview to TRT World, the head of the Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights, human rights defender Ahmad Shahidov spoke about the details of the accident.
