Joined to live broadcast via phone call, Head of Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights Dr. Ahmad Shahidov strongly condemned the assassination of civilian population by armenian armed forces and described it as a gross violation of international law, in particular the Geneva Conventions: “The killing of civilians once again reveals the terrorist essence of the armenian government. Thus, official Yerevan violates the UN Geneva Convention and other international laws. I am sure that this step of Armenia will be punished.”
