On December 27, coordinator of the Information Center for Azerbaijani Captives and Hostages Dr. Ahmad Shahidov, who is on a working visit in Turkey, was the guest of the program “Gunaydin Turkiye” on Turkish Television of “Ulusal Kanal”. Ahmad Shahidov answered questions of well-known TV presenter Can Karadut and gave detailed information about Azerbaijanis, captured and taken hostage during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Later, the human rights defender spoke about Azerbaijani civilians Dilgam Asgarov, Shahbaz Guliyev and Elnur Huseynzadeh. Ahmad Shahidov noted that Armenia ignores international law norms and official Yerevan has not responded positively to the initiative of the Azerbaijani side to exchange the captives and hostages on the principle of “all to all”.
