The army of young people who are well-educated, knowledgeable and fluent in foreign languages is required to convey the truth about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, refugees and IDPs, as well as the captives and hostages across the world. And those young people should know their history, geography and culture well and learn the norms and principles of international law.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a
