According to World&#8217;s Safest Cities Ranking, Baku is more secure than the UK&#8217;s Liverpool, Belfast, Nottingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Sheffield, Cardiff, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Brighton. This is not what we say, the UK&#8217;s independent organization has said.
