The reason is that Armenia is not ready for peace and has not taken the necessary steps in this direction.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on ARB24 Television regarding the issue, political analyst Dr. Ahmad Shahidov said that Armenia has not yet amended its constitution, and this is one of the main obstacles ahead. Another issue is that the Armenian side is using the negotiations as a means of political manipulation.<\/p>\n<p><a
