London\u2019s support has strengthened Ukraine\u2019s defense capabilities and influenced the course of the war.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, the UK and Ukraine signed a 100-year partnership agreement. This agreement covers cooperation in economic, military, and scientific fields. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that the UK would send a new air defense system and additional military aid to Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The UK is also actively working to achieve peace in Ukraine through diplomatic efforts. Prime Minister Starmer stated that they are ready to send peacekeeping forces to Ukraine if necessary. Additionally, the UK and France have proposed the creation of a \u201csecurity force\u201d to protect Ukraine\u2019s critical infrastructure and prevent further Russian aggression in the event of a peace agreement.<\/p>\n<p>This weekend, the UK will host a virtual meeting with world leaders to discuss support for Ukraine.
