Pl\u00fcralist demokratiya ictimai \u015f\u00fcuru pe\u015f\u0259-n\u0259z\u0259ri, siyasi-idar\u0259etm\u0259, h\u0259m\u00e7inin, k\u00fctl\u0259vi \u015f\u00fcura uy\u011fun g\u0259ldikd\u0259, milli \u015f\u00fcuru da m\u00fcasirl\u0259\u015fdirir, z\u0259nginl\u0259\u015fdirir.<br \/>\nSiyasi institutlara zidd durma\u011f\u0131n z\u0259ruriliyi meydana \u00e7\u0131xd\u0131qda sosial \u00fcmumilik pl\u00fcralizm\u0259 ehtiyac duyur. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f c\u0259miyy\u0259td\u0259ki d\u0259y\u0259rl\u0259rin formala\u015fmas\u0131na nec\u0259 t\u0259sir g\u00f6st\u0259r\u0259 bil\u0259r?
