The forum which will run for two days will feature discussions on Russian external policy, European issues, priorities of NATO, combat against terrorism, in particular ISIS, territorial integrities of countries and so on.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel, GLOBSEC\u00a0young leaders\u2019\u00a0forum will conduct various discussions with participation of young participants from European countries.\u00a0<strong>Ahmad Shahidov, Head of the Azerbaijani Institute for Democracy and Human Rights (AIDHR)<\/strong>\u00a0attends the forum as well. In the frame of forum first day, terrorism threat in Europe and ways of combating against ISIS were prime issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL, General John Allen<\/strong>\u00a0made a speech at the forum. In his remarks he talked about current situation with regard to combating against ISIS and military operations which are underway.
