Representatives of OSCE participating States, OSCE institutions, and OSCE executive structures, representatives of inter-governmental organizations, legal professionals, representatives of civil society and researchers from 57 participating States took part in discussions.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/x4SBrzqMPH8\" width=\"640\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Taking an active part in first discussion on the topic of \u201cDemocratic institutions and their activity\u201d,\u00a0<strong>Head of Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights Dr. Ahmad Shahidov<\/strong>\u00a0spoke about the Referendum to be held in Azerbaijan.
