Representatives of OSCE participating States, OSCE institutions, and OSCE executive structures, representatives of inter-governmental organizations, legal professionals, representatives of civil society and researchers from 57 participating States take part in discussions.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2-TFDnbu6Hc?rel=0&amp;controls=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The Azerbaijani delegation is also participating in the discussions. Taking an active part in discussions on the different topics,\u00a0Head of Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights Dr. Ahmad Shahidov says that they will focus on the release of Azerbaijani hostages Dilqam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev. In an interview to CBC Azerbaijan TV, human rights defender shared his views before the visit and noted that they have also taken the son of Dilgam Asgarov to the OSCE Warsaw Meeting: &#8220;We take Kurdoghlu Asgarov, the son of Dilgam Asgarov to OSCE Warsaw Meeting. We think that Kurdoghlu Asgarov&#8217;s speech at this event will increase international attention to the issue of Azerbaijani hostages.
