s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Maryam bint Abdullah al-Attiyah konferans\u0131n, do\u011fayla bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flamaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak eylemler \u00f6nermeyi ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi konusunda insan haklar\u0131na dayal\u0131 eylemlerin te\u015fvik edilmesine ili\u015fkin somut tavsiyelere ula\u015fmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti ve uluslararas\u0131 insan haklar\u0131 sistemi taraf\u0131ndan bir norm ve ara\u00e7 olarak benimsenebileceyini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 konferansa kat\u0131lan Azerbaycan Demokrasi ve \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131, insan haklar\u0131 savunucusu Dr. Ahmet \u015eairo\u011flu, d\u00fcnyadaki iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, do\u011fal afetler ve depremlere dikkat \u00e7ekerek temel insan haklar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine vurgu yapt\u0131 ve acil durumlarda temel insan hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ahmet \u015eairo\u011flu, Katar Devleti&#8217;nin ve \u00f6zellikle Katar Ulusal \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Komitesi&#8217;nin bu t\u00fcr uluslararas\u0131 etkinlikleri d\u00fczenleme konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck deneyime sahip oldu\u011funu belirterek, Doha&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenen iki
