Tart\u0131\u015fmalara yak\u0131ndan kat\u0131lan Demokrasi ve \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Ahmet \u015eairo\u011flu, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ABD b\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isinin Azerbaycan&#8217;a y\u00f6nelik ele\u015ftirel konu\u015fmas\u0131na yan\u0131t vererek, Azerbaycan&#8217;\u0131n dini radikalizm ve ter\u00f6rle aktif olarak m\u00fccadele etti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. ABD&#8217;nin Afganistan&#8217;daki ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele tedbirlerini aktif olarak destekleyen Azerbaycan, bug\u00fcn Washington&#8217;un yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya ve bu \u00e7ifte standartt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ard\u0131ndan ermeni konu\u015fmac\u0131n\u0131n Karaba\u011f&#8217;da ya\u015fayan ermenilerle ilgili konu\u015fmas\u0131na yan\u0131t veren insan haklar\u0131 savunucusu Dr. Ahmet \u015eairo\u011flu, Azerbaycan taraf\u0131n\u0131n Karaba\u011f ermenilerinin evlerine d\u00f6nmesine kar\u015f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Karaba\u011f&#8217;da do\u011fan ermeniler Azerbaycan vatanda\u015f\u0131 olarak geri d\u00f6nebilirler. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Bat\u0131 Azerbaycan&#8217;dan s\u00fcr\u00fclen Azerbaycanl\u0131lar ata topraklar\u0131na d\u00f6nmeli ve tarihi adalet tesis edilmelidir: &#8220;E\u011fer tarihi adaletten bahsediyorsak ve insan haklar\u0131 konusunu g\u00fcndeme getiriyorsak, o zaman farkl\u0131 y\u0131llarda Zengezur&#8217;dan s\u00fcr\u00fclen etnik Azerbaycanl\u0131lar\u0131n kendi topraklar\u0131na d\u00f6nme hakk\u0131n\u0131 da tan\u0131mal\u0131y\u0131z.
