Tart\u0131\u015fmada olas\u0131 bir ABD\u2013\u0130ran \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgesel g\u00fcvenlik, enerji g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar\u0131 ve uluslararas\u0131 ula\u015ft\u0131rma koridorlar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Programda konu\u015fan Ahmet \u015eairo\u011flu, ABD ile \u0130ran aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanabilecek yeni bir asker\u00ee t\u0131rman\u0131\u015f\u0131n Azerbaycan ve Orta Asya \u00fclkeleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan do\u011furabilece\u011fi risklere dikkat \u00e7ekti. Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n temel \u00f6nceli\u011finin b\u00f6lgesel istikrar\u0131n korunmas\u0131, anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n diplomatik yollarla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi ve uluslararas\u0131 ula\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtti. \u015eairo\u011flu\u2019na g\u00f6re, H\u00fcrm\u00fcz Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019nda ya\u015fanabilecek ciddi bir gerilim k\u00fcresel enerji piyasalar\u0131n\u0131, petrol fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 ve uluslararas\u0131 ticareti olumsuz etkileyebilir. B\u00f6yle bir durumda Orta Asya\u2019y\u0131 Avrupa\u2019ya ba\u011flayan Orta Koridor\u2019un stratejik \u00f6nemi artabilecek olsa da b\u00f6lge a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemli mesele, asker\u00ee \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n geni\u015flemesini \u00f6nlemektir.<\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n devam\u0131nda, olas\u0131 bir ABD\u2013\u0130ran sava\u015f\u0131 durumunda Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n tutumu ve \u00fclke topraklar\u0131n\u0131n asker\u00ee ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ihtimali de ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Ahmet \u015eairo\u011flu, Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n kendi hava sahas\u0131n\u0131n veya kara topraklar\u0131n\u0131n kom\u015fu \u00fclkelere kar\u015f\u0131 asker\u00ee operasyonlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na hi\u00e7bir zaman izin vermedi\u011fini ve bundan sonra da izin vermeyece\u011fini kesin bir dille ifade etti. Azerbaycan topraklar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130ran\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 olas\u0131 bir sava\u015fta kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki haberleri de reddeden \u015eairo\u011flu, bu iddialar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir somut temele dayanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n b\u00f6lgesel sorunlar\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l diyalog ve diplomatik m\u00fczakereler yoluyla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesini destekledi\u011fini belirten \u015eairo\u011flu, \u0130ran\u2019da ya\u015fayan milyonlarca etnik Azerbaycanl\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011finin de Azerbaycan i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.
