A well-known human rights defender Ahmad Shahidov, who is on a working visit to Belgrade, capital of Serbia, has met with Ms. Katarina Golubovic, the head of YUCOM, Serbia’s largest human rights organization, on June 20. During the meeting, prospects of mutual cooperation and joint activities in the field of human rights were discussed.

Ahmad Shahidov informed about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict facing Azerbaijan, spoke about over one million refugees and internally displaced persons, and underlined the protection of the rights of Azerbaijani captives and hostages.
