The leadership of Ukraine, which has lost one territory after another, has declared that they are ready for peace talks with Moscow. Speaking to ARB24 Television on the subject, political analyst Dr. Ahmad Shahidov said that differences of opinion in the West have deepened on the issue of military aid to Ukraine and that NATO will not go into direct conflict with Russia under any circumstances.
