The intensity of bilateral meetings between Iran and Azerbaijan in recent days shows that the relations between the parties have been restored. During the last meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries, it was agreed to resume the activities of the Azerbaijani embassy in Tehran. An agreement was reached on the further development of existing relations between the two countries.
Speaking to ARB24 Television on the subject, political analyst Dr. Ahmad Shahidov spoke about Iran-Azerbaijani relations and commented on the current obstacles in achieving peace in the South Caucasus.
