The conflict in the Middle East continues to escalate. The Israeli Army’s military operations in the Gaza Strip and the air attack on the Iranian embassy in Damascus have aggravated the situation. Iran has declared that it will retaliate.
Commenting on the issue to ARB24 Television, political analyst Dr. Ahmad Shahidov called it possible that Iran and Israel would start an open war and said that in the current conditions, a passive war is going on between the parties.
