Kurdoghlu Asgarov demanded freedom to Azeri hostages in front of the embassy, holding photos of his father Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev.
Son of Azeri hostage also said the fact of occupation of Azerbaijani lands by armenians as a slogan.
Azerbaijani youth living in Warsaw also supported Kurdoghlu Asgarov’s right voice.
Note that Kurdoghlu Asgarov attended the OSCE Summit in Warsaw with the support of Ahmad Shahidov, the head of the Azerbaijani Institute for Democracy and Human Rights.
In July 2014, Russian citizen Dilgam Asgarov and Azerbaijani citizen Shahbaz Guliyev were taken hostage by armenian soldiers while visiting their fatherland in Kalbajar, other Azerbaijani citizen Hasan Hasanov, who was accompanying them, was shot dead.
The illegal settlement of the case of Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev was carried out in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is under occupation by Armenia. By the decision of the “court”, Dilgam Asgarov was sentenced to life imprisonment, while Shahbaz Guliyev was sentenced to 22 years’ imprisonment.
