The Russian Federation has been facing severe political and economic sanctions from the West, especially the United States, for many years. Since the start of the Ukraine-Russia war, these sanctions have deepened. In such a case, Russia, which strengthens its relations with China and India in order to compensate for the losses it faces in Europe, can resist the United States and the NATO alliance together with these countries in the field of military cooperation.
