Protests in Armenia have been going on for some time now. The Armenian church also supports these actions organized by revanchist forces. Protesters express their displeasure with the return of the villages to Azerbaijan and the signing of the peace agreement and demand the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Dr. Ahmad Shahidov, a human rights defender who made a statement on the subject to ARB24 Television, said that these actions are temporary and will not affect the Azerbaijan-Armenia delimitation process. In any case, 8 villages will be returned to Azerbaijan and in the end a peace treaty will be signed between the two countries.
