According to the State Commission on Captives, Missing and Hostages of the Republic of Azerbaijan, mass graves were discovered in Edilli village of Khojavend region and in Fuzuli city, released from armenian occupation, as a result of search operations carried out in accordance with the testimony of witnesses of the hostages during the I #Karabakh war. A team of specialists from relevant government agencies was involved in the exhumation process.
Speaking to ARB24 TV, human rights defender Ahmad Shahidov said the remains of the mass grave were identified.
