The International Court of Justice rejected Armenia’s claim – Dr. Ahmad Shahidov told ARB24 Television

On April 21 of this year, the Azerbaijani side officially submitted its preliminary objections to the main claim brought by Armenia against Azerbaijan under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination to the International Court of Justice.

Due to the initial objections of Azerbaijan, the International Court of Justice suspended the consideration of the main claim document of Armenia.

Speaking to ARB24 Television about the issue, human rights defender Dr. Ahmad Shahidov said that Armenia has consistently failed in the platforms of international law and diplomacy and stressed that Azerbaijan, as the rightful party, has achieved its goals.
