“The International Court of Justice will have new decisions against Armenia” – Dr. Ahmad Shahidov told ARB24 channel

The latest decision of the Hague-based International Court of Justice regarding the Lachin Corridor is a serious international document. International laws already recognize the Lachin Corridor as the sovereign territory of Azerbaijan, and the claims raised by Armenia in this matter are not accepted at all.

Speaking to ARB24 Television about the issue, human rights defender Dr. Ahmad Shahidov said that in the future, we will witness litigation between Azerbaijan and Armenia at the International Court of Justice: “Azerbaijan has serious evidence and documents. Azerbaijan, which has been under occupation for 30 years, is taking the Armenian vandalism in the liberated territories to the international court. I think that by the end of the year, proceedings will be held on the claims of Azerbaijan against Armenia at the International Court of Justice. The goal is to convey the right position of Azerbaijan to the whole world and restore justice.”
