Although peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia continue, no concrete agreement has been reached between the parties yet. Although the Armenian officials have declared in their recent statements that they are ready to sign a peace treaty with Baku, in fact, serious questions remain. Territorial claims against Azerbaijan remain in the Armenian constitution, and Yerevan makes claims against Azerbaijan in the international arena and at the same time continues to seriously arm.
