The 31st OSCE Ministerial Council meeting began today in Malta. Foreign ministers from 57 countries are meeting to discuss security and human rights issues in the OSCE region.
Human rights defender Ahmad Shahidov, who closely participated in the meeting, broadcast a video message from Malta, providing information on the progress of the discussions and the statements made.
