The 31st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council began its work in Malta on December 5. The meeting, which will continue on December 5-6, will bring together foreign ministers from 57 countries to discuss security and human rights issues in the OSCE region.
Human rights defender Ahmad Shahidov, who closely participated in the meeting, talked to ARB24 channel from Malta and provided information about the progress of the discussions and the statements made.
