Why did Baku refuse Washington’s mediation? – Dr. Ahmad Shahidov speaks to Baku TV from Malta


The 31st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council began its work in Malta on December 5. At the meeting, which will continue on December 5-6, foreign ministers of 57 countries will come together to discuss security and human rights issues in the OSCE region.

Although a meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan was planned at the initiative of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken within the framework of the 31st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council, Azerbaijani Minister Jeyhun Bayramov refused this meeting.

A discussion was held on this issue in the “Baku Actual” program broadcast on Baku TV, authored by journalist Elchin Alibayli.
