On September 30, the Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe continued its work in Strasbourg, France. At a time when the front against Azerbaijan is expanding within PACE, uncertainty has arisen in the leadership of the Council of Europe regarding Azerbaijan.
Dr. Ahmad Shahidov, a human rights defender who is currently in Strasbourg, France and closely participating in the PACE Winter Session, gave an interview to Baku TV and commented on the future of relations between PACE and Azerbaijan.
