US President Donald Trump stated in a conversation with journalists that he considers it possible to relocate residents of the Gaza Strip who lost their homes as a result of Israeli military operations to Arab countries. We are talking about 1.5 million people who should be relocated outside the Gaza Strip.
The foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Jordan, as well as Hussein al-Sheikh, an advisor to the Palestinian leader, sent a letter to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. In the letter, the heads of the Foreign Ministries opposed US President Donald Trump’s plans to relocate Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
Speaking to ARB24 Television on the subject, political analyst Dr. Ahmad Shahidov said that the relocation of Palestinians from Gaza is a dangerous scenario and will deepen the humanitarian crisis in the region.
