Ahmad Shahidov, head of AIDHR talked to Chanel T about Armenian violation
In the framework of his official visit to Northern Cyprus Ahmad Shahidov, Head of the Azerbaijani Institute for Democracy and Human Rights (AIDHR) has been hosted by Channel T, mainstream TV channel of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on September 1. Answering questions of host Jank Dealer human rights advocate Ahmad Shahidov elaborated on activities pursued by AIDHR over the past year.
During the program Ahmad Shahidov touched on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and hundreds of Azerbaijani citizens who are kept by Armenian as hostages. Aftermaths, head of AIDHR talked about Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev, hostages of Kalbajar region and presented photos taken during so called trial held by Armenian on these hostages. He went on to express his determination on doing his best to achieve liberation of the hostages and in this respect to conduct meetings in Europe.
